Brush fire breaks out in Brentwood

The Los Angeles Fire Department was responding to a new brush fire that broke out Tuesday afternoon in Brentwood.

The fire erupted near Kenter Avenue, north of Sunset Boulevard.

The LAFD said the fire was less than an acre and was not threatening structures at this time.

The fire was burning uphill at medium speed.
