A contestant from Germany’s Got Talent made worldwide news this week after her act grossed out judges – and according to Amanda Holden, she could be on our screens very soon.

Viewers and judges on Das Supertalent were left heaving after a hopeful horrified them with their act, which involved a dog’s face painted on her bare bum, which then proceeded to ‘eat’ a string of sausages off the floor.

Despite it being bizarre and kind of gross (and dear God we hope someone bleached that floor), Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda thinks she may turn up on the UK show very soon.

Speaking at Regent Street’s The Spirit of Christmas light switch-on event, Amanda told Metro.co.uk: ‘I can tell you now that our producers will be inviting that girl onto our show.

‘It’s just without doubt. They will have absolutely loved that. That is perfect Britain’s Got Talent fodder.’

Her Heart Breakfast co-host Jamie Theakston quipped: ‘The wurst is yet to come!’

As if watching a woman shuffle her naked bum along the stage wasn’t scarring enough, it is far from the worst thing Amanda’s had to watch on the show.

She revealed her least favourite audition: ‘It was years ago and I don’t know if it ever made it on air but somebody had a dartboard tattooed to their back and they threw darts at this person.

‘And we also had a woman who asked her next door neighbour if she could break concrete slabs on his back with one of those sledgehammer things, sort of like a concrete basher.

‘I mean it was so obscure in the early days but now health and safety has kicked in.’

Amanda and Jamie switched on the Regent Street Christmas lights, ‘The Spirit of Christmas’ last night, the last lighting scheme in central London along with The Script who performed for the crowds.

Although it was Amanda’s first time, Jamie Theakston has pressed the button on the iconic lights before. He said: ‘I have been switching on the Regent Street Christmas Lights for a few years now and I’m always so excited to return.

‘Christmas is my favourite time of year and this is certainly the event which kicks off the festive season.’
