The interface of a console is one of those elements that are of great importance within a console, since a good user experience in terms of navigability and appearance is essential. For this reason, Microsoft has always tried to update the interface of its consoles in order to offer the greatest possible comfort to its users, and now we have learned that A new Xbox Series X|S Dashboard update is now available for Xbox Insiders.
We have learned the information thanks to Eden-MarieXbox’s lead engineer, who through her Twitter account has confirmed the arrival of this new update for the Xbox Series X|S interface for those members of the Alpha ring of Xbox Insiders, and it is a really important change.
Xbox Alpha and Alpha Skip Ahead Insiders, remember when this would take fifteen seconds of head scratching while you wonder why the game closed on launch? Not anymore. You should now get a “needs an update” dialog immediately with a size calculation filled in a few seconds later. pic.twitter.com/EaLccfFf5d

An important update for the interface of Xbox Series X|S arrives
Until now, when a game needed a major update in order to work, the Xbox interface would stay “thinking” for a few seconds, until we finally received a notification that the game needed to be updated in order to start playing.
Next-gen console stock drought could last until 2024
However, with this new update, all those games that require an update will show us an immediate dialog box about said needthus ending the brief moments of uncertainty that occurred previously and that led us to ask why we could not start a game.
As we reported, this Xbox Series X|S interface update is only available to Xbox Insiders, at least for now. Therefore, it will take a few weeks for the function to be available to all users.
